Liquefy the yeast with 3 tablespoons of warm milk.
Sift the flour, make a small hole in the middle and put the sugar, salt and oil on the edge, then pour in the middle the liquefied yeast, the egg and mix by adding warm milk (not hot). Knead the dough, if it is needed depending on the type of flour, you can add a little more.
Let the dough rest and rise for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the cheese with the eggs and the parsley, prepare the yolks for the butter and the sesame.
We take the dough and fold it lightly and then divide it into 3 equal pieces.
We spread each piece with the rolling pin, we put the cheese in the middle and we fold the edges giving it the shape of a boat. Grease with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180 degrees for 35 or 40 minutes, depending on the oven.
These pides are very tasty, both cold and hot.
