Let the puff pastry thaw. Mix the spinach with the grated cheese and season with salt and pepper. Beat the egg with two tablespoons of milk then grease the sheet with egg on the entire surface. Spread the spinach composition evenly, in a thin layer.


We roll it like a roll in foil. We put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

Super roll with mushrooms, I did it a few times but it didn't get to the blog, maybe next time.
I chopped the mushrooms. I hardened a few strands of green onions (it can also be ordinary onions or leeks) in two tablespoons of butter, then I added the mushrooms and left them until they browned very easily. I let the composition cool (the heat will flow from the puff pastry) and I spread it on the puff pastry sheet. Next, I proceeded exactly as with the spinach puff pastry.
I also made rolls of these with olive paste.

I only have one problem. Here in Turkey, I don't find such large puff pastry, but only puff pastry squares, about the size of a palm. If I roll the spinach only in those pieces of puff pastry, that circle will come out very small and very thin. What should I do? Do you have any ideea ?

Let the dough thaw, combine all the squares and knead them together so that you get a single dough that you then spread. I hope I was helpful.

I think it can be made from small squares, if you spread them well with the twister well and you can combine two by two and give them with the twister.

Rotated with onion and spinach!

1.Prepare the dough: mix the flour and salt in a deep bowl. Add water and knead a soft and homogeneous dough.

2. Cover it with cling film and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

3.Prepare the filling: finely chop the washed and dried spinach leaves.

4.Cut the onion into cubes.

5. Heat 50 ml of oil in a large pan. Add the chopped onion and fry until golden. Then transfer it with oil to the bowl with the prepared spinach.

6. Add the paprika, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix very well.

7.Model the turns: divide the dough into 6 pieces, giving them the shape of balls. Divide the filling into 6 equal parts.

8. Grease the table well with oil. Put a piece of dough on it and, periodically greasing its surface with oil, spread it with your hands until you get a thin, almost transparent sheet.

9. Spread some of the filling on the surface of the dough sheet. Roll it into a roll, then give it the shape of a snail (spiral).

10.Place the obtained rolls on a tray lined with baking paper. Grease them with beaten egg, using the silicone brush and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.

11. Bake them for 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven to 190 ° C.

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process them together with the almond milk. As soon as you get a homogeneous drink, serve it. You can add ice cubes to give it more freshness


Mix the flour with the salt in a bowl, make a hole in the middle and add the lard and olive oil. Mix with your fingertips until you get a crumbly dough. Add 7 tablespoons of water and mix with a fork until it starts to form air bubbles, if you think it is too dry you can add more water. Form a large ball of dough, put it in a bag and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes. You will form two sheets of pie from this dough, one for the base and another to cover with.

Scald the spinach leaves and let them drain and chop finely.

Heat the pancetta together with 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes, add the onion and garlic (chopped) and leave until soft. Take the lid off the pot if you put one on, turn the heat to sea and brown for 2 minutes until it turns golden.

Turn the heat to medium, add the spinach and cook for another 5 minutes, then let it cool. Add the parmesan and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Place the first sheet of dough in a tray lined with lard and flour leaving a 2cm border. Add the filling in the middle. Moisten the edges of the dough and glue the second sheet of dough.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pie with spinach and cheese for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, sauté the garlic in a pot of melted fat with which you will grease the pie, 2 minutes before removing it from the oven, thus becoming shiny and crispy.

Italian pie with cheese and spinach can be made into a rectangular shape or a round tart shape. Serve cut into pieces, after cooling.


Spinach and White Tuna Pies

Today I chose to present you a recipe for patisserie tender and very tasty with a spinach filling and canned white tuna.
For this, the products offered by me were very helpful and this time Home Garden from which we used canned white tuna, a high quality product that can be consumed as such or in various dishes
Canned Home Garden are quality preserves prepared from carefully selected ingredients and followed from a qualitative point of view.

Pies with spinach and white tuna-Dough ingredients

220 gr butter 82% fat
300 g flour
180 g sour cream
1 pinch of salt
Filling ingredient
170 g canned white tuna Home Garden
3 green onion threads
1 clove of green garlic
150 g canned mushrooms
3 tablespoons smoked, grated cheese
50 ml white wine
peel and juice of half a lemon
canned tuna oil
2 bunches of fresh spinach
salt and pepper
For anointed
an egg, beaten
seed mixture

Pies with spinach and white tuna-Preparation

It took
Diced cold butter is put together with the flour and salt in the bowl of a food processor.
Mix until the dough acquires a sandy consistency.
Add sour cream and continue mixing until it becomes a homogeneous dough. Be careful not to mix excessively.
The dough is turned over on a plastic wrap and kept in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
While the dough is in the fridge, prepare the filling

Filling
The canned mushrooms are drained well of juice, chopped brown and put to harden in the canned tuna oil,
Heat until lightly browned, add finely chopped onion and garlic and continue to harden until soft.
Add the chopped spinach (if you use larger leaves), season with salt and pepper and continue to harden, stirring constantly.
Add the wine and lemon juice and let it drop to the right heat.
After it has dropped, set it aside, add the canned white tuna and grated cheese and mix.
Put the grated lemon peel and adjust the taste with salt and pepper if needed.

Preparing pies with spinach and white tuna

Remove the dough from the cold, sprinkle the work surface with plenty of flour and spread the dough in a thin sheet of 2-3 mm.
I chose to prepare them in two ways - in the form of a roll and traditional in the form of a semicircle
For the traditional ones, cut 10-12 cm circles with the help of a saucer, place the filling in the middle, grease the edge with beaten egg, overlap and press the edges with a fork.
Grease with egg, sprinkle on top with a mixture of seeds and bake in a preheated oven at level 2 for 20 minutes or until nicely browned.

For rolls we proceed as follows:
Spread a rectangular sheet (15 cm wide) place the filling evenly on top, roll as tight as possible, portion into small rolls of 5-6 cm with a knife, place the rolls in the tray lined with baking paper, grease with egg, sprinkle seeds and bake at oven 15-29 min
I go very well with a glass of cold beer !!
