As my mother came to me, I made a new portion of islere according to her recipe! They are delicious!!!
- flour 300 g.
- lard 200 g.
- sugar 2 tbsp
- iodized salt 2 g.
- vanilla sugar 1 sachet
- milk 25 ml.
- 1 teaspoon ammonia
- egg yolk 1 piece
- butter 80% fat 250 g.
- sugar cough 300 g.
- Chocolate icing 100 g.

RECIPE PREPARATION Islere according to Nagymama's recipe !:
The flour is mixed with lard, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Quench the ammonia with warm milk and add to the flour mixture. Knead everything until you get an elastic dough. Spread the dough and cut into a round shape or glass. The obtained islets are placed in a tray lined with parchment paper and baked in the preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes on medium heat. Meanwhile, rub the butter with the caster sugar until smooth. Islere are combined with this cream. Pour the chocolate icing and leave to cool until the next day. These islere must be made 3 days before being served, because on the first day they are very crunchy (ie hard !!!).
