RECIPE PREPARATION Broccoli salad with vinaigrette sauce:

Boil a head of broccoli in salted water for a few minutes, let it cool and cut it into suitable pieces, which are placed in a bowl.

Wash the canned mushrooms and cut them into strips.

Add 2 large diced tomatoes. Dill and parsley to taste. Make a vinaigrette sauce from olive oil (3 tablespoons) and apple cider vinegar (a tablespoon), salt, pepper to taste and pour over the vegetables. To make it more filling, you can add 2 boiled eggs.

Ingredients Hot potato salad

1.5 kg of potatoes
4 pickles
150 gr kaizer (smoked sausages or other smoked meat)
1 medium onion
salt and pepper to taste

Mustard sauce

100 gr butter
2 tablespoons flour
600 ml of hot milk
6-7 teaspoons full of mustard
3 dill threads (or more if you like)
15 parsley threads
salt to taste

Preparation Hot potato salad

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins until the fork enters them slightly. When cooled, peel and cut into smaller cubes.
  2. Cucumbers and kaizer are cut into small cubes. Finely chop the onion, parsley and dill.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the diced potatoes with the cucumbers and 2-3 tablespoons of water in which the cucumbers were. Stir gently so as not to crush the potatoes.
  4. Fry, over low heat, the diced kaizer (without oil) and when it starts to leave its garnish, add the chopped onion. Leave it to harden until it softens well and the kaizer is slightly crispy. Add this mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Mustard sauce: in a saucepan prepare a bechamel sauce according to the instructions here. When it is ready, add the mustard and mix well. Remove the sauce from the heat and add the chopped greens. Pour the sauce over the potatoes.
  6. Lightly mix the potatoes with the kaizer and mustard sauce, being careful not to break the potatoes, seasoning this time with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm. It is good and the next day (even better) slightly reheated in the microwave.
