Strawberry ice cream

Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks and pass them through the blender. Add sour cream and sugar and mix until smooth. The composition is placed in a bowl in the freezer for 2 hours. After 2 hours, remove from the freezer and mix. Then let it freeze for 5-6 hours (preferably in the evening until morning)

Serve cold on hot summer days. Good appetite :)
