Omelet with baked lettuce

We cut the sausages into not very thin slices and fry them in a little hot oil. When they are fried, we take them out on a paper napkin to remove the excess oil.

Wash the lettuce well leaf by leaf, drain it well of water and break it into small pieces.

Separate, beat the 6 whole eggs with a whisk. Add the milk, salt and pepper to taste.

Then add the lettuce and mix well.

Wallpaper an oven tray with baking paper and place a first layer of sausages. Then pour the egg mixture with salad and level.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the entire surface.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

2 minutes before the omelette is ready, put the tomato slices.

It is served hot but it is just as good and cold.
